In New South Wales, Australia Federal Court Case NSD1212/2018, Hill & Smith Holdings PLC ANOR v Safe Barriers Pty Ltd, as of May 14, 2019, is ongoing and has been delayed.  We will provide further updates when available.

Safe Barriers will continue to vigorously defend our company against these allegations.


United States

Safe Barriers Pte Ltd made an ex-parte request to the United States Patent Office (USPTO) to re-examine the Hill & Smith US patent no. 8061926 in December 2018 for invalidity of the patent claims.

On January 25, 2019, the USPTO accepted our ex-parte request to re-examine this patent.

While a patent is being re-examined, it has no assumption of validity during that period.
